A textile company is currently seeking a **Purchasing Assistant (office-based position)** responsible for managing the procurement of production materials and fulfilling requests from various departments across the organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage purchasing requests from different departments. * Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations. * Generate purchase orders (POs) based on purchase requisitions (SOLPED) or other requests. * Monitor suppliers and ensure timely delivery fulfillment. * Maintain up-to-date supplier records and files. * Track inventory levels and manage automatic replenishment. * Coordinate invoice registration with suppliers. * Support budget control for the department. * Participate in supplier development and evaluation. * Support audits and comply with SIG and BASC standards. **Requirements** * University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum of **1–2 years of experience in procurement or logistics**. * Proficiency in **ERP systems (SAP – experience with SOLPED and purchase orders)**. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Experience in supplier management and purchase tracking. **Competencies** * Organization and planning * Analytical ability * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results orientation **What We Offer** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Positive work environment * Opportunity for growth Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,800.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
