Job Summary: Comprehensively manage awarded units, ensuring their recovery, custody, conditioning, and marketing to maximize profitability and reduce inventory dwell time. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. **Job Objective** Comprehensively manage the company's awarded units, ensuring their recovery, custody, conditioning, valuation, and marketing, with the aim of maximizing profitability and reducing inventory dwell time. Main Responsibilities * Manage the inventory of awarded units. * Coordinate collection, transportation, and receipt of units. * Supervise the physical and mechanical condition of vehicles. * Manage quotations and repairs with authorized workshops. * Prepare valuation reports and determine sale prices. * Coordinate document regularization for units (license plate, title deed, and other documentation). * Manage cash and credit sales of units. * Follow up with potential customers until sale closure. * Coordinate with Credit, Collections, Legal, Logistics, and Accounting departments to ensure efficient management. * Monitor recovery, turnover, and inventory indicators for units. * Prepare periodic management and results reports for senior management. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, Automotive Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience managing recovered assets, awarded units, vehicle sales, or similar functions. * Knowledge of asset recovery and marketing processes. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Valid driver's license (desirable). * Availability to conduct site visits and travel as required by operations.
