We are currently seeking a **MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT.** **FUNCTIONS:** * Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare meetings. * Handle confidential documentation and information. * Draft documents required for any process, subject to subsequent approval by the General Manager. * Support the management of processes. * Supervise departments/areas and direct staff when required. * Motivate staff, address staff inquiries, and manage labor relations issues. * Organize team meetings to review incidents occurring in each area. * Listen to customer complaints and/or claims, build positive relationships, and resolve inquiries. * Act as substitute for the General Manager during his/her absence and serve as the gatekeeper for the General Manager. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher technical education. * 2–3 years of experience as a Management Assistant (preferred). * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory). **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll registration under the SME regime from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * SCTR (Workers’ Compensation Insurance). * Bi-weekly and timely payments.
