Be part of a team focused on global efficiency and quality. **Join our Textile Maintenance Team!** **Position: Quality Auditor** A leading export-oriented textile company located in **Ate** is looking for a **technical, detail-oriented professional with strong plant-based experience to ensure the highest standards in our garments.** If you have a critical eye for detail and passion for operational excellence, we want to meet you! **What challenges will you face?** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Comprehensive Control:** Verify quality both on the production line and in the final product. * **Technical Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, including detailed inspection of raw materials. * **Measurement Accuracy:** Review and validate measurements according to customer specifications. * **Process Audits:** Conduct continuous audits at the cutting, sewing, and finishing stages. * **Final Certification:** Perform final export audits using sampling tools and methodologies such as **AQL**. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Technical degree in Textile Quality Control, Garment Manufacturing, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of auditing experience in cutting, sewing, and finishing processes within textile companies. * **Skills:** Analytical ability, in-depth knowledge of technical specifications, proactivity, and commitment to continuous improvement. * **Residence:** Availability to work 100% onsite in **Ate**. **Terms and Benefits** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. / Saturday: 8:00 a.m. \- 1:30 p.m. * **Salary:** Market-competitive compensation with all statutory benefits (formal payroll registration from day one). * **Growth:** Job stability within a well-established export company with 25 years in the market. * **Environment:** You will join a team dedicated to world-class efficiency and quality. **How to Apply?** Send your CV via this platform or to the following email: **recursos.humanos@become.pe** **Wishing you great luck! :D** Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: Onsite
