TÉCNICO EN MANTENIMIENTO \- TÉCNICO MECÁNICO
Propósito del puesto:* Realizar los trabajos involucrados en los servicios de mantenimiento de los equipos pesados, que son establecidos en los contratos de servicio con los clientes (empresas mineras y/o empresas contratistas mineras y/o obras de construcción), en las unidades mineras, en los talleres subterráneos, talleres de superficie, labores o frentes de trabajo de los equipos u otros lugares donde son requeridos, considerando los criterios técnicos y lineamientos de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
Responsabilidades específicas del puesto:* Realizar la evaluación de los equipos bajo responsabilidad del contrato de servicio, reportar y preparar solicitudes de repuestos para los trabajos programados de acuerdo con las horas acumuladas de operación de los componentes de los equipos.
* Evaluar los sistemas eléctricos de mayor complejidad de los equipos de bajo perfil asignados.
* Reparar, acondicionar, habilitar o reemplazar componentes eléctricos de mayor complejidad como tableros o circuitos eléctricos, entre otros.
* Intervenir en la reparación e intercambio de componentes mayores de los equipos, como motores, cajas, convertidores, cilindros, ejes, entre otros.
* Atender las emergencias de mayor complejidad, fallas imprevistas que aparecen en los equipos, disminuyendo los tiempos de atención de equipos.
* Realizar informes técnicos del estado de los equipos, para programar reparaciones futuras.
* Actuar como encargado, por disposición del jefe inmediato, para liderar un grupo de técnicos que forman un grupo de trabajo.
* Gestionar los permisos en coordinación con EHS o el supervisor para realizar los trabajos de riesgo asignados (PETS, PETAR, etc.).
* Registrar debidamente sus horarios de ingreso, salida y refrigerios.
* Efectiva utilización de los recursos del contrato (EPP, activos, insumos, herramientas asignadas, instrumentos, etc.).
* Realizar capacitaciones prácticas o mentoring a los técnicos de menor nivel.
Requisitos:* Formación Técnica Mecánica o Eléctrica, carreras afines en Institutos Técnicos (no menor de 2 años de estudio).
* Egresado de la carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica y/o eléctrica con especialidad en mantenimiento de maquinaria pesada, mecánica de mantenimiento, mecánica de producción, Industrial.
* 6 años de experiencia en actividades de mantenimiento de equipos pesados dentro de Unidades Mineras de Superficie o UGM, o similar al segmento que atiende.
* Experiencia mínima de 3 años de haber laborado con equipos de bajo perfil.
* Experiencia en manejo defensivo y contar con Licencia A2B, con 2 años de experiencia previa.
* Contar con las autorizaciones que establece Sandvik y los clientes para el manejo de vehículos livianos (camionetas 4x4\) del contrato de servicio, siempre y cuando el trabajador haya sido designado para manejar un vehículo.
* No debe tener restricciones médicas para desarrollar sus actividades en las unidades mineras ubicadas en la costa, sierra y selva del Perú, en donde tenemos contratos de servicio. (indispensable).
