




At **Liberty Soluciones Inmobiliarias**, we are seeking a highly organized, methodical, and productivity-tool-proficient **Executive Assistant** to provide direct support to the CEO and contribute to the efficient, orderly, and strategic management of the General Management. This position is intended for someone who enjoys structuring processes, optimizing time, and creating work systems that facilitate decision-making and goal achievement. Responsibilities: * Manage and optimize the **CEO’s agenda** using productivity methodologies (time blocking, GTD, priority matrix, executive routines, workflows, among others). * Coordinate end-to-end logistics for key meetings and activities (confirmations, reminders, materials, pre-meeting preparation). * Attend management meetings and prepare **minutes, action items, and follow-up on commitments**. * Monitor tasks, deliverables, and deadlines using **digital control and management tools**. * Track internal projects and deliver **clear, structured weekly reports**. * Filter and manage internal and external communications with **professional judgment and absolute confidentiality**. * Organize files, documents, and information systems for General Management. * Coordinate the CEO’s personal and professional activities, prioritizing urgency, impact, and efficiency. * Handle administrative tasks, travel arrangements, reservations, and daily operational requirements. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in **Administration, Business Management, Business, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in similar roles** (Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or high-level executive support). * Proficiency in **digital productivity tools**: Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Asana, spreadsheets, calendars, etc. * Strong command of **organizational techniques, planning, and time management** (mandatory). * Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**. * Ability to **prioritize, work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously**. * High level of **discretion, punctuality, professional judgment, and commitment**. * Own **laptop or tablet** for performing job functions. * **Immediate availability for on-site work in Pueblo Libre**.
