




DINING ROOM MANAGER Description RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Supervise and ensure the smooth operation and execution of restaurant activities. \* Lead team members to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures, thereby guaranteeing satisfaction for internal and external customers as well as venue profitability. \* Achieve monthly performance targets. \* Manage and handle inspections during visits by representatives. \* Operate the online system and monitor productivity. \* Report incidents occurring in the dining room. \* Supervise staff appearance and presentation in the dining room, verifying proper uniform wear. \* Review the daily incident logbook and handover documentation daily. \* Resolve issues arising in the dining room. \* Continuously propose promotions that can be offered. \* Perform other duties related to this position. \* Ensure compliance with company regulations. \* Knowledge of beverages and spirits REQUIREMENTS: \* Experience as DINING ROOM MANAGER in restaurants (minimum 5 years) \* Leadership skills or human resource management experience (MANDATORY) \* Willingness to work rotating weekly shifts.
