This role requires field presence, mental clarity, and the ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously. * **Your Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise operational staff (e.g., loaders, warehouse assistants, contract workers, etc.) assigned to various clients. * Monitor attendance, shifts, replacements, and position coverage. * Ensure compliance with operational processes in the field. * Serve as the liaison between the client and the operational team. * Resolve daily incidents (absences, turnover, contingencies). * Conduct site visits for monitoring and control. * Prepare performance, productivity, and compliance reports. * Support onboarding and training processes for staff. * **What We Are Looking For** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations and staff supervision. * Experience managing operational staff (not limited to this). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability for fieldwork (client site visits). * Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * High tolerance for pressure and ability to make quick decisions. * **What We Offer** * Professional growth in the logistics sector. * Direct exposure to real operational management (field). * Positive work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration. * [Mobility / performance bonuses, if applicable] Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
