Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to record payment vouchers, handle supplier inquiries, and ensure compliance with Alicorp's accounting policies. Key Highlights: 1. Requires knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI, and reconciliation skills. **Date:** Aug 19, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Timely recording of payment vouchers in accordance with Alicorp's established policies and procedures, to accurately reflect Alicorp's financial obligations arising from the purchase of goods and services in the financial statements. **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- * Record payment vouchers in the accounting system. * Review flagged entries in Sap 4 HANNA. * Handle supplier inquiries via Ticketing system. * Perform cross-company reconciliations. * Lead working sessions with various user departments. * Validate compliance with Accounts Payable KPIs. * Address internal and external tax observations. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Graduate in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or in similar functions. * Knowledge and experience in accounts payable, treasury, supplier management, reconciliations, accounting records, or related areas. * Intermediate-level proficiency in SAP or another ERP system. * Intermediate-level proficiency in SQL and/or Python (desirable). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI. * Intermediate-level English proficiency.
