Functions: * Receive the manufacturing order and resolve any doubts regarding the manufacturing order with the shift supervisor. * Check that packaging materials, trays, or other elements are in perfect condition for use. * Prepare and set up the work area by applying measures established by the company, such as safety, hygiene, and environmental protection measures. * Carry out transformation and processing operations as defined by the product manufacturing plan in the following operations: · Machine operator assistance (Cooking) · Cooling and packaging · Labeling of packages · Others. * Identify and separate defective or non-conforming products for subsequent analysis according to company protocols. * Comply with good manufacturing practices during the performance of activities. * Report any process failures or non-compliance to the immediate supervisor. * Properly manage waste (equipment and machinery cleaning, trimmings, etc.). * Perform cleaning and disinfection of equipment and work area before, during, and after the work shift. * Complete records corresponding to the company's management systems (SST, food safety, quality, and others assigned). * Carry out tasks assigned by the company efficiently and responsibly.
