**Job Description** Company dedicated to the processing of quinoa, Andean grains, and legumes for export is seeking a quality technical assistant. **Position Title:** Quality Technical Assistant **Reports to:** Quality Supervisor **MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION** Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards of processed products at Agrícola Ecológica SAC, meeting implemented quality standards at the site. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Quality analysis of products (raw materials, finished products, in-process) and generation of respective records. Process line controls on products according to the quality management system procedures. Comply with and enforce quality management system procedures, responsible for filling out forms and their subsequent storage. Support adherence to established cleaning schedules, pest control, and training programs. Warehouse handling and control (RM, FG, and Packaging), conduct internal sanitary inspections at the plant. **PROFILE** Education: Technical or University degree in fields related to food industries. **SKILLS** \- Teamwork ability. \- Analytical skills. \- Ability to follow instructions from immediate supervisor. \- Assertive communication. **Experience:** At least 1 year. Special Knowledge: \- Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
