Fishing Company, with more than 30 years of experience and located in Callao, is looking for a SHIFT SUPERVISOR FOR THE INDIRECT HUMAN CONSUMPTION PLANT. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years of experience as Shift Supervisor in a CHI plant within the fishing sector * Degree in Fisheries Engineering or related professions * Availability to work in Callao * Solid knowledge of maintenance of CHI plant production equipment RESPONSIBILITIES: · Coordinate with the barge supervisor the start of unloading. · Organization and supervision of the fishmeal and fish oil production process. · Preparation of reports related to the production process. · Coordination of quality sampling at each stage of the production process, as well as positioning of the final product for zone sanitization. · Management of custody and proper condition of fishmeal piles and fish oil storage tanks. · Coordination and supervision of operation, cleaning, and maintenance tasks for production facilities and equipment. · Control of production inputs or supplies. · Evaluation of the performance of personnel under their charge. · Monitoring and administration of the company's management systems, among others—within their area of responsibility. · Compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety program. Member of the SSST Committee FUNCTIONS: · Coordinate with the barge supervisor the arrival of vessels to proceed with fish unloading and initiate the production process. · Plan daily production with the Fishmeal and Fish Oil Plant Superintendent. · Coordinate, organize, and control the production process (supervise critical control points) according to established quality parameters. · Prepare and send the Production Report at the end of the shift to the Fishmeal and Fish Oil Superintendent. · Coordinate with the Quality Manager of the Fishmeal and Fish Oil Plant the taking of samples at each stage of the production process. · Evaluate and decide, in coordination with the Quality Manager of the Fishmeal and Fish Oil Plant, on reprocessing or discarding production waste. · Request inclusion of production waste into the processing line according to the quality of meal being produced. · Coordinate and supervise cleaning and sanitization of plant production facilities and equipment. · Coordinate with the Finished Products Warehouse Manager for Fishmeal and Fish Oil the placement of the final product to ensure zone sanitization and prevent contamination sources. · Coordinate with the Finished Products Warehouse Manager for Fishmeal and Fish Oil the care of fishmeal piles and fish oil tanks. · Update and make available to the Fishmeal and Fish Oil Plant Maintenance Supervisor the Equipment Incident Logbook. · Coordinate with the Fishmeal and Fish Oil Plant Maintenance Supervisor maintenance plans during closed seasons, based on information provided by operators during production stages. · Approve material and production supply withdrawals. · Record operations related to production. · Manage training for personnel under their supervision. · Take actions to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Plan. · Administer and monitor implemented management systems in the plant. · Directly follow instructions from the Fishmeal and Fish Oil Plant Quality Manager regarding achieving objectives of the Integrated Management System. · ***Other functions inherent to the position.*** COMPENSATION: S/.5,000 TO S/.6,000 Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,000.00 - S/.6,000.00 per month Work location: On-site job
