Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, bulk preparation of rice dishes and soups, and maintain hygiene in the work area. Key Highlights: 1. KITCHEN ASSISTANT Work Mode: On-site Salary: **S/ 1,200** Transportation Allowance: **S/ 100** Rotating shifts ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Assist in food preparation according to the daily plan * Prepare rice dishes and soups in bulk. * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Assist in meal portion dispatch and distribution. * Comply with food safety and hygiene standards. ***REQUIREMENTS*** ✔ Minimum **1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant**. ✔ Experience in **high-volume production settings such as concessionaires or restaurants**. ✔ Knowledge of **bulk preparation of rice dishes and soups**. ✔ Knowledge and application of **GMP**. ✔ Culinary studies or practical training ✔ Availability for **rotating shifts**. ***WORK SCHEDULES*** 7:00 am – 4:00 pm 1:00 am – 8:00 pm 7:00 pm – 5:00 am (overtime applies) Apply now and join our team!
