Inventory and Procurement Management** * **Demand planning:** Forecast sales volume to maintain optimal stock levels. * **Stock control:** Prevent stockouts (running out of products) and shrinkage (losses, expiration, or theft) by automating processes. * **Goods receipt:** Coordinate supplier deliveries with the store’s commercial requirements. * **Team management:** Collaborate with operational teams and logistics assistants to optimize processes, transfers, restocking, stockouts, and slow-moving items. **2\. Warehouse and Distribution Center Management** * **Operational supervision:** Organize storage, *picking*, *packing*, and dispatch processes. * **Management systems:** Implement or utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to achieve precise location tracking. **3\.
