Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various facilities and equipment in the healthcare sector. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Electrical, electronic, or related technical degree (Graduate) * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Full availability to work on multifunctional tasks. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, welding, drywall, infrastructure maintenance (preferred) * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations (lighting fixtures and outlets) * Repair various equipment such as fans, televisions, vacuum pumps, among others. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure. * Complete assigned work orders, including sanitary fixture installation, painting, drywall installation, basic preventive maintenance of medical equipment, etc. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** * Problem-solving ability * Excellent communication * Teamwork * Empathy * Willingness and positive attitude * Adaptability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Are you immediately available to work at the Ov de Zapallal \- Puente Piedra location? * Do you have experience in this field?
