Currently, we are looking for new team members to join the FULL PACK SAC family. \- Production Manager **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Professional in Industrial Engineering or related fields. \- Knowledge of work studies, costs and budgets, KPIs, market knowledge and specifications. \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managerial positions within the industrial sector. \- Specialization in topics related to the job specialty (desirable). \- Labor ratios. \- Proficiency in MS Office at user level. \- Experience with ERP Starsoft and MS Project. \- Valid driver's license. \- Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Saturdays from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM. \- Must reside in Lurín or nearby areas. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet established objectives. * Supervise production staff, evaluate their performance, ensure proper training and adequate performance. * Control the use of materials and equipment, ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste. * Implement and supervise quality control measures at all stages of production and manage available resources (labor, raw materials, etc.). * Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Analyze production indicators and make adjustments to improve productivity. * Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and maintenance to ensure efficient workflow. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead process optimization initiatives. * Manage necessary purchases for carrying out activities. * Approve maintenance tasks, equipment purchases, etc. * Organize, plan, and monitor the execution of all tasks within the production cycle, ensuring that each task individually meets customer specifications and delivery deadlines. * Participate in the development of IPER (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment). * Participate in accident and incident investigations when required. * Attend internal company talks/training sessions on OHS, Environment, or Quality. * Participate in the development of IAIA (Identification of Environmental Aspects and Impacts). * Perform any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. * Comply and enforce compliance with the BRC PACKAGING manual implemented in the company. * Comply with food safety policies and procedures. * Be part of the HARA Team and review the HARA Plan at least once a year or whenever changes occur in processes, raw materials, or when new unidentified hazards arise. * Be part of the Crisis Committee and review and evaluate results of Product Recall Drills conducted by the company. * Responsible for reviewing positioning, updates, and/or version changes of the BRCGS standard. * Responsible for reviewing the frequency assessment of FP\-SG\-PL\-004 * Internal audit program at least once a year. **BENEFITS:** \- Be part of a solid organization. \- Official payroll with all statutory benefits. \- Continuous training and career growth opportunities. \- Requirements \- Minimum education: University degree, 3 years of experience **Work Location:** Av.
