Supervise and train personnel in the quality department * **Position:** Quality Control Manager * **Company:** Lata Lux * **Department:** Quality * **Work Location:** Ate – Lima * **Work Modality:** On-site **Responsibilities** * Plan, direct, and supervise activities of the Quality Control department. * Ensure compliance with quality standards established by the company and customers. * Supervise quality inspections and controls during the production process. * Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Develop and analyze quality indicators for continuous process improvement. * Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure product quality. * Lead internal audits and attend external audits as required. * Supervise and train personnel in the quality department. * Prepare management reports and performance reports for senior management. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and good manufacturing practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in quality supervision or management roles within industrial plants. * Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or others). * Proficiency in management indicators and continuous improvement methodologies. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Willingness to work in Ate. * Availability to work overtime when operationally required.
