Real opportunity for career growth within the company **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (INTERN) — ONCE JOYAS** **On-site \| Miraflores, Lima** Once Joyas is a growing men's jewelry brand with physical stores in Miraflores and Arequipa, and an active e-commerce channel. We seek someone who will take full ownership of daily operations and help us scale. We do not seek someone who waits for instructions. We seek someone who identifies problems before the manager sees them—and acts. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** Financial Control · Daily cash reconciliation · Revenue tracking by channel (Shopify, physical store, social media) · Daily sales vs. target report · Weekly cash flow tracking · Basic monthly P\&L · Organizing information for the accountant · Calculating cost structure and ideal product pricing · Profitability analysis by product and category KPIs and Ratios · Daily KPI dashboard — sales, orders, average order value · Weekly and monthly ratios — ROAS, contribution margin, conversion rate · Analysis to support decisions — credit terms, investments, price adjustments Inventory Control · Real-time Shopify stock updates · Low-stock alerts for products · Store restocking report · In-store labeling and product update management · Coordination of merchandise receipt Team Supervision · Monitor team adherence to schedules and goals · Verify WhatsApp response times · Report operational issues immediately · Support customer service and order fulfillment as needed. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** · Industrial Engineering or related field student (final semesters) · Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive profile · Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills · Knowledge of KPIs, financial ratios, and cost structure · Ability to supervise people and processes · Results-oriented — cares that numbers balance **CONDITIONS** On-site — Miraflores, Lima Monday to Saturday \| 11:00 am — 8:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) S/1,130 monthly Real opportunity for career growth within the company Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
