Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to implement and maintain the data governance and quality model, ensuring data strategy and traceability in projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure data strategy and traceability in projects. 2. Identify and document data processes to ensure information governance. 3. Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities:** Apply the data governance and quality model in projects and other on-demand requirements to ensure the respective data strategy within BBVA T\&C: * Identification of DO/SLO in data processes * Support in identifying DO/SLO in projects. * Ensure compliance with BBVA T\&C Data Regulation guidelines. Document and use data governance tools to ensure traceability of BBVA T\&C data: * Maintain documentation of data processes, data sheets, and governance plans. * Use data governance tools such as Datum, Taxonomy, and Launchpad. Identify and support defining technical and functional business rules to ensure availability of reliable data for decision-making: * Collaborate with SLO/DO in defining expert quality rules (based on business criteria). Identify and document data processes in BBVA T \& C to ensure governance at each stage of our information processes: data provisioning, transformation, and distribution: * Identify new data processes and generate new documentation (data sheets, workflows, detailed documents: inputs, access methods, others). Support and resolve queries regarding the data governance model to ensure correct application of the model and BBVA T \& C Data Regulation: * Ensure application of BBVA T\&C Data Regulation and identify potential improvements. * Guide data owners in fulfilling their responsibilities under the Governance Model. Perform quality monitoring and support resolution of data errors to monitor data quality and identify improvement opportunities: * Conduct recurring monitoring of implemented quality rule compliance. * Report data quality issues and follow up on resolutions. Other responsibilities assigned by the immediate leader and promote continuous role improvement. **Requirements:\-** **\-** Degrees: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Experience managing data-related initiatives. \- Knowledge of data, data governance, and data governance tools (e.g., Datum, etc.). \- Technical skills: query programming languages such as SQL or basic Python. \- Soft skills: communication at all levels, effective initiative management, critical analysis, empathy. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
