Well-known company specialized in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures is looking for a Planner. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Diploma in Project Management under PMI approach. (Desirable) * Diploma in Project Management under BIM/VDC approach. (Desirable) * Last Planner course (Desirable) * Advanced level in MS Project and/or Primavera. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop project plans including activity sequences, timelines, resources, and deliverables. * Establish detailed process and project schedules. * Assign resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to activities for review by operations management. * Send timely and proactive alerts regarding project timelines and scope to the operations manager. * Collect and analyze work orders and customer requests to determine sequence and clarify production priorities for management. * Prepare target budgets for projects. * Submit reports as requested by immediate supervisor. BENEFITS: * Full payroll under general regime. * Monthly payments. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 1pm.
