We are seeking a Planning Intern from the fields of Administration, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, starting from the 9th to 10th cycle. With communication skills for customer service and good organizational abilities, you must also verify compliance with processes by mechanical technicians, track personnel, documents, internal controls, and other records corresponding to the area. Among the main responsibilities are: * Receive emails and calls to manage customer needs. * Ensure compliance with planned activities. * Prepare service reports, quotations, and customer service indicators. * Manage petty cash for required resources. * Schedule tasks on a monthly basis.
