Ensure compliance with established technical, regulatory, and quality standards to guarantee safety and efficiency in operations. * Supervise the execution of mechanical work, including the installation of drainage systems, piping, valves, and mechanical equipment in tailings dams. * Validate mechanical construction procedures proposed by contractors. * Conduct field inspections to verify the proper execution of mechanical work. * Generate detailed technical reports on the status of mechanical systems and progress of work. * Participate in the review of mechanical testing protocols and the commissioning of installed systems. * Coordinate with engineering and quality departments to resolve technical issues during project execution. **Requirements** * Graduate and licensed professional in Mechanical Engineering. * 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in mechanical projects in tailings dams or leach pads. * 12 years of experience in construction, supervision, or construction management of mechanical projects in tailings dams, mining, or similar infrastructure. **Additional Information** * Direct employment with the company, including all statutory benefits from the first day of work. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
