For more information, visit: **penspen.com \| LinkedIn \| YouTube.** **Experience:** * Familiarity with corporate procedures (PROO1\-390 CASS Management, PROO1\-246 Work Permits, REGA1\-021 Internal Safety and Health Regulations). * Ability to prepare technical reports with detailed analysis, conclusions and recommendations. * Skill in physical inspection and verification of assets (equipment, infrastructure, auxiliary systems). * Competence in identifying environmental liabilities and assessing risks. * Proficiency in document control tools and technical analysis (Excel, Word, audit software). * Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with PETROPERÚ, ACCIONA and internal teams. * Results-oriented approach and ability to meet deadlines (65 calendar days for service execution). **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate access and logistics for inspections at the Talara Refinery facilities (Package 3\). * Conduct physical inventory and verify the condition of assets, equipment and infrastructure of the Auxiliary Units (OR2, STA, DM2, SWI, SWC, SA2, CWC, WWS, SLP, NOW, BAW, SWO). * Inspect site and operating conditions, identifying performance deviations and potential risks. * Review operational manuals, instructions, operator logbooks and DCS parameters as required. * Identify environmental liabilities and assess their impact on the Auxiliary Units. * Determine defects, damages and repair or remediation activities attributable to ACCIONA, where applicable. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (hydrocarbons, environment, safety) and corporate procedures (PROO1\-390, PROO1\-246, REGA1\-021, among others). * Contribute to the development of the Final Audit Report, including photographic evidence, unit-by-unit analysis, conclusions and recommendations. * Maintain confidentiality and chain of custody of all technical and administrative information reviewed.
