Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Furnace Operator to operate and monitor industrial foundry furnaces, load raw materials, control the metal melting process, and perform basic maintenance. Opportunity for career progression FULL-TIME FURNACE OPERATOR \- PUENTE PIEDRA An industrial plant with over 40 years in the market, dedicated to manufacturing parts, machinery, and accessories for the mining industry, seeks to hire a FULL-TIME FURNACE OPERATOR for our facility in Puente Piedra. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating industrial foundry furnaces. Knowledge of metal temperature and melting time control. Good physical condition to handle materials and work in high-temperature environments. Familiarity with industrial safety standards and use of high-temperature-specific PPE. Residence in areas near Puente Piedra (Km 36\.5 on the North Pan-American Highway \- Fundición Bus Stop). RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate and monitor furnace performance according to established procedures. Load raw materials into the furnace and control the metal melting process. Perform slag removal and basic maintenance in the furnace area. Coordinate with the molding department for pouring molten metal. Record casting times and ensure responsible use of energy resources.
