A solid entry point into international consultancy projects.* **What you will do as Document Controller** ------------------------------------------- As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that project documentation is accurate, structured, traceable, and compliant with internal and client requirements. As our new **Document Controller**, you will become part of the Project Delivery Support team in Peru.The team is highly structured, collaborative, and quality\-driven, with a strong focus on standards, accuracy, and continuous improvement. **What you bring** ------------------ **Bachelor’s degree or final\-year student in Engineering (any discipline), Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, Architecture, Information Systems, or related fields. Engineering is not mandatory.** This role focuses on document control, process discipline, and structured information management rather than technical design. We value candidates with a strong organizational mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage project documentation, version control, and information flows in complex, international project environments. Academic background is flexible, provided the candidate demonstrates discipline, accuracy, and accountability in structured working environments. * **Advanced English** – required for daily written and verbal communication with international project teams and clients. * **Experience or strong exposure to document control / document management** – including document registration, version control, naming conventions, and traceability within project environments. * **Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)** – essential for document tracking, reporting, and coordination tasks. * **Junior profile (0–2 years of experience or relevant internships)** – suitable for candidates eager to learn and grow within structured, international project environments. * **Basic knowledge or exposure to BIM environments (preferred)** – familiarity with BIM\-related documentation, models, or coordination processes is a plus, but not mandatory. **What you can expect from us** ------------------------------- At Haskoning, we offer more than a first job — we offer a professional starting point.
