We are Coqui Castillo Restaurants, a gastronomic holding company comprising two business units: Coqui Castillo and Black Poke. We currently have 5 years in the market and operate 3 dark kitchens serving the main districts of Metropolitan Lima. We provide personalized gastronomic experiences, interactive cooking classes, and catering services for events. We are looking for a Manager. ***Requirements:*** * Professional with a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within the food industry, specifically in restaurants. * Specialization in restaurant management, logistics, and cost control. * Management of KPIs and process optimization. * Basic proficiency in Excel and metric-tracking apps. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and goods receipt. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Availability for rotating shifts and weekend work. ***Responsibilities:*** * Control of supplies and inventories to ensure optimal food cost. * Ensure compliance with health regulations and other governmental requirements. * Guarantee delivery KPIs compliance. * Real-time resolution of operational issues in coordination with other functional areas. * Reporting and evaluation of results to direct supervisor. * Perform opening or closing checklists according to assigned shift. * Receive and validate goods following established standards. * Operate the ToTeat system for shift opening or closing. * Monitor daily operational metrics and develop action plans. * Maintain active communication with internal kitchen teams. * Conduct shift briefings. * Other duties as required. ***Benefits:*** * Competitive salary. * Life Insurance (Law), SCTR, and Essalud. * Positive work environment with a committed and continuously growing team. * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * Career progression path.
