ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER \- EDUCATION: Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer, duly graduated and licensed. \- EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 years in equivalent or similar roles executing multidisciplinary projects. \- Knowledge of quantity take-offs, valuations, budgeting, cost analysis, technical documentation control, RFI management, As-Built drawings, and change management. \- PMP certification required.
