We are currently seeking an Engineering and Projects Assistant to work at our Callao branch. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Diploma in machinery and equipment design. * Courses in Hydraulics / Electricity / Structural Calculations. * Advanced-level knowledge of Solidworks and AutoCad. * Intermediate-level Office skills. * Full availability to travel to project sites (occasionally). * Availability to work in Callao. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR OBJECTIVE?** Support in the design and development of drawings. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Develop, model, and calculate preliminary and detailed structural designs. * Keep updated the drawings of assigned projects. * Create quality dossiers for assigned projects. * Present reports on site visits and project follow-ups. * Other tasks assigned by the engineering manager. * Develop requested designs. * Schedule field visits. * Manage technical documentation. * Provide technical support. * Manage engineering information. * Comply with Marco Peruana's Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Payroll registration from the first day of work. * The company covers travel, accommodation, and meal expenses. * 100% company-covered personal accident insurance. * Gym membership agreement (SMART FIT), study agreements (ICPNA, Cibertec, UPC, UPN). * Additional paid leave days.
