





We are **Flashman,** a labor intermediation company with **16 years** in the market, specializing in comprehensive cleaning services and environmental maintenance. We have growing areas, therefore we are currently **looking for (1) Operations Assistant** to work with us in the district of **San Miguel.** Some of the main responsibilities will be: * Record attendance, incidents, and daily monitoring of staff at operational sites. * Control and manage administrative documentation related to operations. * Prepare reports on the performance of the operations department. * Propose changes to improve operational processes. * Manage operational department activities as referenced in the activity control chart. * Conduct induction talks for specific positions for new personnel. * Monitor and track operations indicators. * Review biweekly and monthly payroll sheets together with the operations supervisor. * Maintain close communication with Flashman's Safety Department to provide fast and efficient support when required. * Coordinate with clients all required operational activities. * Participate in SGAS design, coordination, induction, and training activities. * Monitor the development of regional supervisors' duties. * Supervise operational staff across our different branches. Our ideal candidate must have: * Professional background in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the position or similar roles. * Availability to travel to our various branches in Lima and Huaral. * Competencies such as: adaptability to change, dynamism, conflict resolution, and time management.
