At SERHAFEN PERÚ, a solid and continuously growing company in the ESER (Express Delivery Service Companies) sector, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our main operation located at the Lima Cargo City – Callao warehouse. We are seeking a professional with experience in logistics operations, team management, and a focus on operational efficiency. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience leading warehouses, distribution centers, or logistics hubs. * Knowledge of operational processes in the ESER environment (Desirable) * Inventory control, reception and dispatch flows. * Management of operational indicators and basic resource control. * Leadership, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive profile, initiative, organized, and results-oriented. * Immediate availability to work on-site at the Lima Cargo City – Callao warehouse. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Main Responsibilities * Organize, direct, and supervise all warehouse activities: receiving, sorting, storage, and dispatching. * Ensure continuous operational flow, avoiding bottlenecks and guaranteeing delivery time compliance. * Organize daily workflow and assign tasks to the operational team. * Coordinate and maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse. * Manage and lead operational staff (coordinators, assistants, loaders, etc.). * Verify compliance with internal procedures and SERHAFEN's operational standards. * Control physical inventories, reconciliations, and internal movements. * Supervise proper handling of goods and minimize incidents or losses. * Prepare basic operational reports and communicate results to the Operations Management. * Propose process improvements to optimize time, costs, and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good operational practices. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Soft Skills * Ability to solve operational problems on-site. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Organization and order in team management. * Initiative to propose continuous improvements. * Clear communication, leadership, and results orientation. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ We Offer * Monthly salary: S/ 3,200.00. * Payroll inclusion from day one, with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, etc.). * Rotating shifts with compensatory rest days. * Job stability in a solid courier/logistics company. * Excellent working environment and teamwork. * Professional development opportunities and career path.
