Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with experience in food concessions, responsible for daily production, product quality, cleanliness, and equipment handling in a tolerant work environment. Pleasant work environment with ongoing guidance REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience in the food concession industry \- At least 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant \- Knowledge of production control. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Daily preparation of supplies for 60 people \- Ensuring proper production processes \- Ensuring product quality within the department \- Cleaning the area before opening and after closing (equipment, floor, utensils) \- Maintaining correct product temperatures \- Following proper procedures for equipment and utensil handling \- Communicating with internal colleagues in a tolerant manner \- Supervising proper operation of all production areas and reporting equipment issues \- Preparing meals for elderly adults \- Conducting biweekly inventory of warehouse products Hiring Date: 14/05/2026 Number of Vacancies: Kitchen Assistant: 2 Requirements Position Type: Full-time Benefits: \- Access to payroll and statutory benefits \- Work uniform \- Full meals \- Ongoing guidance from our Licensed Nutritionist \- Pleasant work environment \- Competitive salary of S/1600 to S/1700 (Depending on experience) \- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday; weekends off; on Sundays, performs the role of cook and is paid accordingly.
