SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS * Knowledge of general plumbing work (installations, repairs, and maintenance). * Knowledge of electrical work (installations, corrective and preventive maintenance). * Knowledge of gas-powered therma maintenance, including inspection, cleaning, and basic adjustments. * Knowledge of hydro-pneumatic water pump maintenance (inspection, air venting, pressure control, and operation). * Painting work in indoor and outdoor environments. * General maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Knowledge of data cabling and structured cabling. * Knowledge of Safety and Civil Defense. * Handling of incidents and urgent tasks, as required by service needs.
