JOB OPENING – BUILDING ATTENDANT CINAD S.A.C. is currently seeking building attendants for residential buildings in the districts of Jesús María, Surquillo, Surco, San Juan de Miraflores, Magdalena del Mar, and Rímac. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Minimum 6 months of experience in building maintenance, concierge services, security, or customer service (preferred). Availability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night). Excellent treatment of residents. Responsible, punctual, honest, and proactive. Preferably reside in nearby districts.
