Job Summary: We are seeking a Prepress Operator to produce artwork, digital files, and imposition layouts, ensuring product quality and security while advising clients on production techniques. We handle secure and innovative processes by applying **agile methodologies** in project development with Peru’s leading clients in the Utility, Banking & Finance, and Retail sectors—supporting them throughout their **Digital Transformation**. ***Experience Our Fibra E Culture!*** **We seek passionate talent for:** Responsible for producing artwork, digital files, and imposition layouts per client requirements specified in the work order, ensuring product quality and security. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Deliver service and educate clients according to production requirements. * Build and maintain service relationships with internal and external clients. * Identify opportunities to add value to our internal and external client service. * Identify client needs through proper review of emails, artwork requests, route sheets, and/or production orders. * Serve as the liaison between the client and the company’s production department. * Use specifications and parameters identified in client emails, artwork requests, route sheets, and/or production orders to define appropriate production procedures and processes. * Document and compile only the necessary information about the job (production order, emails, route sheet, prepress workflow, artwork requests, color proofs, job observations, etc.). * Document changes requested by the client and communicate their impact on the final product. * Advise clients on the most suitable alternative production techniques for developing their product. * Verify specifications contained in the work order, route sheet, and emails (technical specifications). * Produce artwork, imposition layouts, and digital files according to client requirements, using various programs, workflows, and security software (Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, Preps Imposition software, and other security programs as required). * Manage digital files and analog materials delivered by the client. * Edit images to meet the client’s technical specifications. * Assemble page elements according to layout specifications. * Review and correct files to detect and fix errors against the original. * Adjust file quantities according to printing requirements and obtain outputs as instructed by the client. * Perform other related or complementary functions as directed by your immediate supervisor. **What do we look for in your profile?** * Technical degree in Prepress – Graphic Design or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Prepress Operator (Prepress – CTP). * Availability to work at the ATE site (near Santa Anita Mall). **And soft skills?** * Strong communication skills at all levels, and ability to work in an ORGANIZED and PLANNED manner within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **What benefits will you receive?** * Benefits as stipulated by law. * Pleasant working environment. * DPS Club — platform offering benefits and discounts. * Dr. Auna Pro Medical Insurance Plan (Teleconsultation coverage applicable for employee, parents, children, and spouse) — 100% covered. * Profit-sharing. * Professional development (opportunities for vertical and/or horizontal growth). * Holiday activations (per official calendar).
