Job Summary: We are seeking Tower Technicians to perform installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment on cellular towers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assemble and disassemble cellular antennas (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G). 2. Install power cables and optical fiber at TSS sites. 3. Rack equipment in cabinets and configure RRUs and BBUs. At **CN System Integration and Construction**, we are a telecommunications project company undergoing national expansion and seeking experienced Tower Technicians. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education with experience in telecommunications: FTTH/HFC (CLARO and ENTEL). * Availability to work throughout Lima and Callao. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Submit photographic site status reports for TSS locations. * Rack equipment in cabinets. * Install power cables and optical fiber. * Work at heights: assemble/disassemble cellular antennas (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G); adjust self-supporting, guyed, and rooftop-mounted towers. * Install and uninstall RRUs and BBUs; configure and commission them.
