Corporate benefits and attractive commissions Nuovo Profil Group, on behalf of one of our clients — a company with over 50 years of experience in Peru specializing in assisting individuals and businesses to overcome financial difficulties — is seeking talented professionals like you to serve as **EXPERIENCED FINANCIAL ADVISORS \- IN-PERSON MODALITY**, with the following profile: **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under Peru’s General Regime, including all statutory benefits (year-end bonuses, Compensatory Time Savings [CTS], paid vacations, family allowance, EsSalud, etc.). * Monthly salary of S/. 1,130 soles. * In-person training * Contract signing upon completion of training. * ATTRACTIVE commissions. * Corporate benefits, salary advances, loans, food vouchers, EPS health insurance, discounts with partner brands. * Career path for your professional development. * Possibility to work remotely for 1–2 days per week. * Timely payments at month-end. **REQUIREMENTS:** * In-person work modality: San Isidro (near Canaval y Moreyra station). * Personal computer or laptop (Windows 10, Core i3, 4GB RAM) and minimum internet speed of 30 MB. * Minimum 6 months of experience in call center collections (delinquent or overdue portfolio). **SCHEDULE:** * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–7:45 PM; Saturday (training only), 8:30 AM–10:15 AM (Saturdays subject to prior coordination). * Rest days: Sundays and public holidays.
