Position Summary: We are seeking a Data and Operations Analyst with an analytical and organized profile, results-oriented, to manage strategic information, performance indicators, and internal operational support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration and optimization of data matrices and spreadsheets. 2. Development and monitoring of management indicators (KPIs). 3. Direct operational support to the General Management. We are looking for a Data and Operations Analyst with an analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile, capable of managing the company's strategic information, performance indicators, and internal operational support. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Administer, update, and optimize the company's data matrices and spreadsheets. Develop, monitor, and control management indicators (KPIs). Manage personnel access, permissions, and passwords to ensure information security. Administer accounts, licenses, and digital platforms used by the firm: Gmail Kommo SBI App Pandapé Adobe Creative Cloud Hosting Labs And other corporate tools. Supervise technological inventory: Corporate laptops Mobile devices Equipment assignment and status. Coordinate HR operational processes: Employee onboarding and offboarding Biometric system registration Attendance reports. Consolidate information for payroll calculation: Timesheets Attendance records Absences Commissions. Supervise the proper functioning and security of the three offices via the camera surveillance system. Provide direct operational support to the General Management to achieve internal objectives.
