Ensure timely application of accounts receivable. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using self-management tools. **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- * Daily application of collections after validating incoming payments in bank accounts. Daily bank statement reconciliation. * Review of aged accounts receivable and notification to the commercial area. Identify reasons why accounts payable were not paid. Manage root causes for non-inclusion in the program. * Notify commercial area users regarding customer advances or outstanding credit balances pending application. Timely settlement of customer credit items. * Report errors causing failure to apply collections in automated processes. Offset outstanding payment amounts. * Identify process improvements, propose enhancements, and participate in development initiatives using self-management tools. Correct potential process errors, optimize processes, and generate efficiencies. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Experience with the SAP system. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in IT tools: Excel, Power BI, Python. * Proficiency in Power Automate, Power App, SQL. * Basic English and Portuguese language skills preferred.
