Position Summary: The Compensation Coordinator will evaluate and analyze salary structures, design incentive programs, and advise business leaders on compensation strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and development of compensation and incentive programs. 2. Advising leaders on compensation and organizational structures. 3. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. We are currently seeking a Compensation Coordinator. **Job Description** * Evaluate and analyze the group companies’ compensation structure according to market best practices and organizational objectives. * Design and develop compensation, bonus, and other incentive programs. * Advise business unit leaders on compensation matters and the group companies’ organizational structures. * Administer bonus and commission systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and incentive policies. * Support the design, review, and adjustment of the group companies’ internal compensation policies. * Develop strategies to fulfill the group companies’ vacation plan. * Prepare and monitor payroll budget compliance, tracking any deviations that may arise. * Perform other similar duties as assigned by the Employer or hierarchical supervisor based on business needs and requirements. **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and 4 years of overall experience in Compensation. * Knowledge of Compensation Management, Organizational Design, and Labor Legislation. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Life insurance coverage from date of joining the organization. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Corporate partnership agreements.
