Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Improvement Intern to identify opportunities, optimize, and standardize processes in the logistics sector. Key Highlights: 1. Operational support in executing action plans and improvement pilots **Join our Contrans team!** We are a leading company in the logistics sector and are looking for top talent to join our team as a **Project-Based Process Improvement Intern**. **Your main challenges will be:** * Collect data on current processes through observation, interviews, and document analysis. * Support in identifying critical points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * Develop and update flowcharts, procedures, instructions, and related forms. * Collaborate with the team in developing proposals for process optimization and standardization. * Provide operational support in executing action plans or improvement pilots. * Prepare reports, presentations, and dissemination materials on progress and achievements of improvement initiatives. **What we are looking for in you:** * **Education:** Graduate in Industrial Engineering * **Experience:** No prior experience required. * **Knowledge:** (Bizagi and intermediate-level proficiency in Word and Excel.) * Availability to travel between the Lurin and Callao offices **Benefits:** * FOLA insurance * Commuting allowance * Continuous training for your professional development. * Participation in team-building activities.
