Engineering Manager

Position Summary: A qualified engineering professional to lead and oversee projects, provide technical support, and ensure product data accuracy and up-to-date status. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead engineering projects and ensure technical data updates. 2. Validate drawings and prototypes, and optimize manufacturing processes. 3. Provide technical support to various departments within the company. **ENGINEERING MANAGER** **Responsibilities:** * Execute the Engineering Program (verify general technical data, update technical sheets, deliver traceability documentation) * Input technical data for product code validation. * Be responsible for maintaining up-to-date product data. * Develop model drawings and deliver model manufacturing templates. * Conduct on-site measurements, prepare drawings, record measurement data, and generate validation codes. * Validate drawings, specifications, and special product prototypes prior to production. * Plan and manage engineering projects (new lines, improvements, * automation) * Provide technical engineering support to Cost-Budget, Sales, and other departments. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of proven, specific experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD, INVENTOR, SOLIDWORKS, and EPLAN. * Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Intermediate Excel, Outlook). * Immediate availability. **Skills:** * Leadership * Planning and Control Capability * Analytical Thinking * Process Optimization * Communication * Teamwork Salary based on evaluation.
