Job Summary: We are seeking a Semi-Senior Full Stack Developer to join technological evolution projects, develop new features, and ensure delivery quality. Key Highlights: 1. At **SYNOPSIS**, we are looking for a **Semi-Senior Full Stack Developer** to join major technological evolution projects within a leading insurance-sector organization. We seek professionals with backend development experience using **Java and Spring Boot**, complemented by knowledge of **React**, capable of operating in agile environments and microservice-based architectures. The role will involve developing new features, performing evolutionary maintenance of applications, and integrating technology solutions aligned with business needs—ensuring delivery quality and adherence to established development standards. Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) Main Responsibilities * Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot. * Design, build, and consume REST APIs. * Participate in the development and maintenance of React frontend components. * Implement solutions based on microservice architecture. * Perform integrations with internal and external systems. * Write unit tests and support incident resolution. * Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes. * Actively collaborate with Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams. * Work using agile methodologies, contributing to project goal achievement. Requirements * 3–5 years of software development experience. * Solid experience with Java 17 and Spring Boot. * Knowledge of REST API and microservice development. * Experience with Docker. * Knowledge of React (basic or intermediate level). * Proficiency with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar). * Version control using Git. Desirable Skills * AWS (EKS, Lambda, SQS, API Gateway). * Kubernetes. * CI/CD and DevOps tools. * Agile methodologies (Scrum). * AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code. Education Technical professional, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
