Establish partnerships with external institutions for training **Date:** Apr 27, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Design, implement, and manage the Logistics Knowledge Management Model through structured training programs, the Logistics Academy, knowledge transfer mechanisms, and engagement with external markets to incorporate regional and global best practices, thereby contributing to the strengthening of organizational capabilities. **What will you do in your role?** * Design and implement the logistics knowledge management model, including repositories, standards, and knowledge transfer mechanisms * Identify knowledge and capability gaps within logistics teams through structured diagnostics and needs assessments * Design and implement the Annual Logistics Training Plan, aligned with the area’s strategic roadmap and identified gaps * Manage and ensure the continuity and evolution of the internal Logistics Academy * Design and implement learning pathways by logistics role, level, and specialization * Align incentive and recognition mechanisms with learning and the Logistics Academy * Establish and manage partnerships with external institutions (e.g., GS1, MIT CTL, universities, etc.) for training, research, and benchmarking * Design and manage recognition and incentive mechanisms linked to knowledge generation and transfer **What do we need from you?** * Professional with supply chain knowledge. * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in Supply Chain Management, Knowledge Management, Continuous Improvement, or Organizational Development. * 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, continuous improvement, transformation, projects, or similar roles. * Conflict management and communication skills at all levels. * Supply Chain * Project management. * Preferred experience in training, organizational development, or knowledge management
