Develop skills in project coordination, reporting, and operations **Location:** Lima, Peru (Hybrid – San Isidro) **Job Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role** **H\&C Construction LLC**, a U.S.\-based residential remodeling company, is looking for a **Project Coordinator – Construction Operations** to support our Operations and Project Management teams across active projects in the U.S. We are looking for an **analytical, organized, and proactive professional** with a **strong technical background in construction, architecture, or interior design** and excellent English communication skills. This role will help ensure accurate project information, effective communication, timely reporting, and smooth coordination between our Lima office and U.S.\-based teams. **Your role** * Track **project dashboards, costs, reports, and forecasts**. * Support U.S.\-based Project Managers with project coordination and follow\-up. * Coordinate project updates between internal teams, clients, and vendors. * Prepare and consolidate **operational and executive reports**. * Maintain accurate project documentation and tracking systems. * Keep project information updated in **Buildertrend, JobTread, or similar platforms**. * Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. * Follow up on priorities and ensure effective communication across teams. **About you** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field**. * At least **2 years of experience** in project coordination, construction, PMO, or related roles. * **Advanced/Fluent English (C1–C2\)**, both written and spoken. * **Advanced Excel skills** (required). * Experience with project management platforms or CRMs (preferred). * Experience with **Looker Studio** (preferred). * Strong **analytical, organizational skills** with proactivity and **high attention to detail**. * Ability to work in collaboration with **multidisciplinary teams**, strong **problem\-solving** and **manage multiple priorities**. **Why Join H\&C Construction?** * Work directly with **U.S.\-based Operations and Project Management teams**. * Gain experience with **U.S. residential remodeling projects**. * Develop your skills in project coordination, reporting, and operations. * Join a growing company focused on efficiency and continuous improvement. **Work Conditions** * **Location:** San Isidro, Lima – El Golf area * **Work Model:** Hybrid * **Schedule:** Monday–Friday * **On\-site:** Monday, Wednesday \& Friday * **Remote:** Tuesday \& Thursday * **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, under Peruvian MYPE payroll Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
