We are currently seeking a **Sushi Roller** to join our team at **Santoku Sushi Bar**, contributing to the diversification of our gastronomic offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to support the preparation and rolling of maki, nigiri, and other sushi items under the supervision of a senior roller or itamae, ensuring correct technique, presentation, and adherence to the quality standards that define our restaurant. **Available Location: San Miguel Branch** Requirements * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. * Technical and/or higher education in gastronomy. * Knowledge of Good Hygiene Practices, cleaning, and food handling. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions from the senior roller or itamae. * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to teamwork. * Knowledge of kitchen stations (cold, hot, and frying). * Basic proficiency in cooking techniques, mise en place, food handling, and plating. * Valid Health Certificate is mandatory.
