At **Corporación Bioliffe**, we are seeking top talent for the **Sales Supervisor** position, with immediate availability to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical and/or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Availability to work in Surco and travel to sales points across Lima. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager, preferably in Fast Food \- Retail chains. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Leadership, assertive and dynamic communication skills. \- Immediate availability to start working. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Ensure achievement of sales targets for assigned locations. \- Conduct daily monitoring of cash reconciliations and store openings. \- Monitor attendance and timekeeping records of supervised staff. \- Supervise proper appearance of staff and of assigned sales points (PVs). \- Propose opening new sales points or relocating existing ones to improve PV sales performance. \- Define sales plans and strategies to achieve PV objectives according to budget. \- Channel resource requirements (personnel, materials, balances, general services) to operational support departments and participate in decision-making. \- Perform other duties within the scope of competence delegated by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** \- MYPE payroll with statutory benefits. \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Sundays off. \- Salary above market standards. \- Overtime pay. \- Mobility allowances. \- Continuous training. \- Career path.
