Report malfunctions and comply with safety regulations **Construction Company** is seeking a professional to fill the following position: BACKHOE LOADER OPERATOR **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience operating a backhoe loader on construction projects. * Valid driver's license (category appropriate for the equipment). * Knowledge of excavation, trenching, grading, and earthmoving. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for the equipment. * Availability to work on-site. **Responsibilities:** * Operate the backhoe loader safely and efficiently. * Carry out excavation, backfilling, and material handling tasks as directed by the site supervisor or resident engineer. * Conduct daily pre-operational inspections of the equipment. * Promptly report mechanical failures or unsafe conditions. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
