




Position Summary: A professional who will ensure optimization of the oncology patient experience by efficiently coordinating their care pathway and guaranteeing proper administrative management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maximize the oncology patient experience 2. Lead the resolution of observations and returns 3. Ensure accurate allocation of expenses and services **Description** **Offer** -------------------------- Maximize the oncology patient experience throughout the care process (scheduling, admission, outpatient/hospital treatment) Guarantee the correct patient pathway across all entry points of network clinics (general admission, endoscopy center, emergency, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, preventive check-ups, outpatient clinics, and hospitalization), ensuring a smooth, dignified, and efficient flow from admission through medical and administrative discharge. Continuously monitor timely scheduling of appointments and procedures, optimizing utilization of installed capacity at clinics and reducing critical waiting times for treatments through performance indicators Lead analysis of incidents along the patient pathway and rigorously oversee implementation of operational improvement opportunities identified at clinics Ensure clinic staff in admission, hospitalization, and clinical support areas accurately, completely, and promptly allocate expenses and services (outpatient and inpatient settings), establishing origin-based control mechanisms to mitigate data entry errors or incorrect postings; additionally, ensure responsible departments immediately implement corrective actions when allocation observations are detected Lead timely resolution of observations and the returns workflow through rigorous coordination with responsible departments and clinics, implementing improvement plans to prevent recurrence. Furthermore, coordinate strategies with Medical Audit, Guarantee Letters, and Budgeting to ensure prior validation of coverage for high-cost treatments, eliminating friction points before patient care. **Requirements** **Candidate** ------------------------------ * + Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or Health Administration * + Master’s degree or specialization in Operations, Customer Experience, or Healthcare Management is desirable. * + Minimum four (4) years in similar positions.
