AC Logística is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **Warehouse Assistant / Coca-Cola Bottling Plant / MEGA DUEÑAS** **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a stacking operator, warehouse assistant, or production operator (recommended). * Experience in picking, packing, and product sorting (desirable). * Valid certificate of completed secondary education or RENIEC C4 certificate (mandatory). * Availability to work rotating shifts (6 a.m. \- 2 p.m. / 2 p.m. \- 10 p.m. / 10 p.m. \- 6 a.m.). * Residence in areas adjacent to Cercado de Lima / Callao. **Responsibilities:** * Adhere to quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety standards. * Comply with existing control measures described in the IPER matrix (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and the Environmental Aspects Matrix. * Identify non-conforming products among operational items. * Perform unstrapping of units arriving from routes. * Record product shrinkage occurring in the warehouse. * Transport shrinkage items to the exchange zone. * Maintain batch and/or product intake date control for proper stock rotation. * Keep products clean and in good condition. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned areas. **Benefits:** * Direct payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits (Essalud, CTS, family allowance, profit sharing, vacation). * Daily wage of S/40 (monthly base salary of S/.1200 \+ overtime pay). * Additional Food Card of S/.61 per month, effective after the 3rd month. * Quarterly performance bonus. * Night shift bonus (applicable for shifts between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.). * 100% meal coverage in our company cafeterias. * 100% commuting transportation coverage (round-trip). * Corporate benefits (education support, contests, awards, vacation allowance, among others). * Statutory life insurance from the first day of employment. * Accident insurance. **AC Logística** is an equal opportunity employer.
