C\&R Integral Service S.A.C., a company specialized in comprehensive telecommunications and electronic security solutions for the mining and industrial sectors, is currently seeking a Telecom Project Coordinator focused on supervising and coordinating the operational execution of technology projects. Who are we looking for? We seek professionals with experience in telecommunications, electronic security, and mining projects who have progressed from technical field roles to supervisory or coordination positions. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate the execution of telecommunications and electronic security projects. * Supervise fieldwork related to CCTV, networking, fiber optics, and technological infrastructure. * Manage project schedules, progress, and allocated resources. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and technical staff. * Prepare progress reports and operational follow-up reports. * Supervise technical documentation and quality control. * Propose improvements for operational continuity and efficiency. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications. * Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating or supervising telecom or electronic security projects. * Experience in mining or industrial sector projects. * Knowledge of CCTV, networking, fiber optics, radio links, or technological infrastructure. * Proficiency in Excel and MS Project. * Availability for on-site work in Lima.
